Advisory Board – Steve Adler

Mr. Adler is a seasoned executive that brings over 35 years of senior management experience in driving growth in middle market companies. Mr. Adler currently serves as the Chairman of the Interprise Partners Advisory Board.

In 1993, Mr. Adler sold his company, Steve Adler Big & Tall, after building it to over 20 retail locations in seven states. Following the sale of his first company, Mr. Adler acquired majority ownership and became managing partner of Historic Savage Mill, a historic mixed use property that was on the verge of bankruptcy. Over the next year, Mr. Adler transformed the struggling retail center into a profitable destination with full occupancy.

Mr. Adler has served on boards for many organizations, including the YMCA, the Howard County Economic Development Authority and the Horizon Foundation. He is also a serial investors and mentor and has been recognized for his contributions to economic development in the Maryland area. Mr. Adler is also a recognized philanthropist, who’s contributions have impacted many local organizations.
